What is Idlebay?
Idlebay is a desktop app for messaging, community voice channels, and screen sharing. It’s a place to spend time with friends and the communities you’re part of.
Do I need an invitation?
Yes. The current private beta requires an invitation code to create an account. If someone invited you to try the app, ask them for your code before downloading.
Why does my download say Common?
That’s the app’s previous name. Our current Windows download is Common Beta 1.10.0. The website has the new Idlebay branding; the desktop rebrand is still to come.
Can I use it on my phone or Mac?
This download is for 64-bit Windows. There isn’t a public Idlebay mobile or Mac release available here yet.
How do I report a problem?
Use the issue-reporting option in the beta app. Include what you were doing, what went wrong, and your app version so we can investigate.
